A Time Machine through the
floor
It had not been 1 minute when the Miss Croft
called attention to Soad in the classroom because she was sleeping on her desk,
you girl, again? she asked in a strong tone to the blue-eyed, snow skin and red
haired girl like the apple, Soad intimidated, showed a nervous and restless
gesture when she saw the wrinkled face of her teacher -Excuse me, teacher ... I
have spent the last nights reading a book about time machine, and I have not
slept very well because it is really interesting, the laughter did no wait by
part from her classmates -Ummmm, I understand, maybe you should choose a
daytime schedule to read your book ... silent everyone! manifested the fine
educator -I'm sorry, it will not happen again, replied the sweet lady with a
soft and serene tone; although Soad knew that she had committed with her
teacher not to fall asleep in class, she continued with the same habit throughout
the week, this meant Miss Croft sent a report to her parents about her
behavior, and so requested a meeting with them.
The
day of the meeting came, one fall day, the leaves flew and fell like
multicolored butterflies, the birds sang in English to the rhythm of the clock,
the parents met with the teacher and Soad in the classroom; it was 30 minutes
of tension and uncertainty, when the meeting ended the parents said goodbye to
Soad Berriel and that night they decided to take away her book as punishment.
The days passed and Soad could not stop
thinking about her book. One afternoon when there was no school, she expressed
to Harry that reading it was like traveling through time, while they walking
through a picturesque forest to arrive to their friend Chantal's house -Hey,
how are you? Chantal asked … fine and you? the millennial dark-haired boy declared...
Ok, and that face, Soad? -Do not blame her, her parents took her book away ...
- Hahahahaha, don´t worry, they'll have to give it back, what plans do you
comrades have? - We could go to the cinema would be great, mentioned Soad
-that's good, girls, let's go.
The teenagers crossed the forest again to
go out to the central part and take a bus that would take them to a cool
cinema; while they walked relaxed and talked about everything a little, Chantal
noticed that the floor at one end of the forest was turning bright, as in a
light blue, iridescent tone, look at that! exclaimed the golden haired girl
with great astonishment, the floor of a part of the forest was becoming radiant
and luminous, it seemed a celestial galaxy with shooting stars, the forest
seemed enchanted, Soad decided to flash her cold hand on the edge of the floor
and this transferred like a magic mirror, Harry stunned, and with his mind
totally blank, he decided to put his head on the floor, what he saw was
something really unique and surprising ... -Girls, it's a totally different
world, look those people, are about 10 meters high - Impressive, it seems from
another time, exclaimed Soad -Amazing, let's explore it, Chantal expressed.
The guys decided to jump on the floor and
fell from a glistening and dazzling whirlpool to that great place, those beings
looked at them amazed and petrified because they were giants as before of B.C
age, surrounded them with that curiosity and fear that reflected in their
looks; the three young people felt afraid because they thought the giants would
hurt them, but they were totally harmless and they asked them who they were,
which kingdom they came from, due there were not yet countries and in an
unknown language that did not exist currently, and the adolescents talked in
English as their mother tongue, but these huge beings did not understand them communicatively.
After a while, as by magic, the giants and
the children became friends, those wise beings invited them to visit their
lands, which seemed animated and the architecture was totally unequaled, the
houses were of stone and they had a baroque style like caves but very well
decorated inside, everything was so well cared for, the forests dazzled like
frosts in the sky, the giants lived with goblins, nymphs, gnomes, leprechauns, dragons,
mermaids, pegasus, unicorns, as if they were members more inside their circle,
it was a land full of peace, harmony and spirituality. -I cannot believe what
my eyes are seeing! Harry said, -it helped that you read a lot of that book, Soad!
this is a great adventure! Chantal mentioned, Soad smiled as she watched every
corner in that beautiful kingdom of giants.
Suddenly, the bright light blue swirl
appeared, and the teenagers, despite being in a wonderful place and where there
was not evil, decided return home with their families, the giants thanked them
for coming and the guys said goodbye in a non-verbal language, when they
entered that magic swirl, this disappeared, and they returned to the forest
again. Home sweet home! Harry expressed. The adventurous adolescents believed
the event they lived, were many hours, but when they returned to their homes
had not spent but a few minutes; as if there had been no space-time there, and
as if the magic of Soad's book would has originated the situation.
A few days later, the parents returned the
book to Soad and her friends did not stop reading it, because they wanted that
time machine represented on that magic floor of the forest to be presented to
them again, so that they could visit other places that existed hundreds or even
thousands of years in the world or will exist in a future, because for them
that also meant a great and new discovery in the history of current technology,
and in this way they could also avoid many problems of type social, economic,
environmental and political in the society.

Dear all!
Morning and have a great time.
About the story shared by ANGIE SANCHEZ, I have to recognize a pair
of things, at first It's well structured, I like the way Angie describe the
situation and introduce the dialogues simultaneously.
And the only mistake I noticed after reading the first
and a middle of the second page is in the first paragraph when Soad says:
- "-Excuse me, teacher ... I spent the last
nights reading a book on the time machine, and I have not slept very well
because it is really interesting, the laughter was not expected from your
classmates -Ummmm I understand, maybe you should choose a daytime
schedule,(...)"
I'd writte "her classmates" in
he place of "your classmates" in: "... the
laughter was not expected from your classmates..."
I recognize too that I did't read more because I found
lots of similar details with the story I'm writting.
So, I share you a link and an image when you could
watch the story.
